Datin. Dr. Hartini Binti Osman is the Director, President & Group Managing Director for Prihatin Ehsan Holdings Sdn Bhd since 2011. She graduated from Cavendish College of London in Business Study and Marketing Communications in 1994. In 2015, she attended a leadership course and obtained the Best Practices Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. Subsequently in 2016, Datin Dr. Hartini continued her course in Advanced Management also at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and obtained a Certificate in Advanced Management Program (AMP 190).

She has been assigned as the Project coordinator responsible for the smooth and successful implementation of all YBK’s subsidiaries and PYBK projects. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd, the SPV Company formed to undertake the UiTM Campus Jasin Malacca. YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd (YBKU) was awarded the project under the PFI concept in January 2010 by the Private & Public Partnership Unit, Prime Minister Department and is now owned by Widad Group Berhad.

Datin. Dr. Hartini Binti Osman is an advisor of YBK before and since the incorporation of YBK ( 1990 ) and was selected by the Founder as a member of the Board of Trustees for Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan. As a board member, Datin oversees various program implementations and planning for YBK. At the same time, she has been the Chairman of Asrama Kasih YBK in Serendah, Selangor since 1993.

Besides her involvement in various charitable works, Datin. Dr. Hartini Binti Osman is a successful Malay Entrepreneur in various fields of business. Charitable work has been her passion for contributing towards the poor and underprivileged. Datin. Dr. Hartini Binti Osman is always appointed as Chairman for various special programs of YBK in organizing “Dinners for Charities” and recruiting “Volunteers for Charitable Works” for YBK. Lastly, Datin Dr. Hartini always believes in the creation of a loving and caring society and can deliver good and quality jobs in every field.
