Che Ayzayem holds a Diploma in Accounting, Computer and Management from Binary Business School. He has 30 years of experience in Construction Account.

Served as an Assistant Finance Manager and Quality Management Representative (QMR) with Tenunan Budi Sdn Bhd. Next, he joined a Class A Contractor companies such as Johawaki Sdn Bhd, Seri Meraga Construction Sdn Bhd and JV with Ahmad Zaki Berhad. His extensive working experience gave him an advantage and an opportunity to advance his position.

In 2010, he stepped into YBK Usahasama Sdn Bhd, the concession company for Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project to built and maintain Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Jasin as a Finance Manager, managing all matters related to finance and project accounts to ensure the company's financial management is on the right track.

He was then absorbed to Prihatin Group of Companies in 2022 and is now promoted to Executive Vice President
